Domestic Shipping Policy
Just Imagine Handcrafted ships within the continental United States only.
Currently, the Shopify platform does not provide for ordering with one address and shipping to another. However, if you are purchasing an item as a gift, we absolutely will ship to your gift recipient! Please email us with the name and address where you would like your item shipped, and we will respond and confirm this information. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Shipment Processing Time
In stock orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Our platform also allows you to order items that are currently out of stock, as well as certain special items that are made-to-order. If a purchased item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order.
Out of stock items typically take 7-10 days to process. If that is an unsuitable time frame, rest assured, we will happily refund your purchase price, should you request it.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Just Imagine Handcrafted ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do require a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is damaged, you may contact us within 10 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 10 days. Please contact us at email@example.com or by phone at 1-239-238-6712 (M-F 9AM-5PM EST) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
